Arsenic exposure and subsequent toxicity is arguably one of the most common health complications affecting millions of people worldwide. Most gluten-free food is made from either corn or rice. Often times people believe that they’re eating really well when in reality they are being exposed to arsenic.

Since they are already sick, they are more vulnerable to arsenic exposure especially if they have pre-existing kidney or liver issues.
